You can email, post or fax a copy of your artwork to us. Email is the preferred method to firstname.lastname@example.org .
If you are ordering online, there is an artwork upload area please only upload your image once
Our preferred formats are vector files and high resolution JPG, PDF, TIFF, CDR, Illustrator EPS, PSD with all text converted to outlines. 300dpi is ideal for non vector files, but please try to keep e-mailed or uploaded artwork files under 2mb.
Generally, the higher the resolution or dpi of the artwork or photo the easier it is to work from, especially artwork with fine details.
If you are unable to provide the artwork required. Please contact us as we operate our own artwork and design service that may be used if necessary.
Please try to keep your embroidery designs as simple as possible. They are usually the most effective designs. Intricate detail and lettering can be difficult to replicate exactly.
If you are having your logo created by a graphics designer we recommend telling them that you need your design to be suitable for embroidery.
Also the best quality artwork helps us to replicate your designs to the highest quality possible.
Yes. There is no set up charge on 25garments and above with the same embroidered design. Colours, sizes and types of garment can be mixed.
On small orders of 1-19 garments, there is a set up charge of £15.00
To avoid setups on orders between 1-19 you can choose one from the range of our stock logos available to view on the website you can also add text to our stock logo's or alternatively you can have text only there is no set up fee for text only designs providing you choose one of our standard fonts.
Embroidery is the best way of creating a long-lasting, top quality and multi-colour effect design. Our embroidery is produced in-house on computerised machines.
Embroidery is ideal for a breast pocket logo (generally between 3" and 4"), for the back of the neck or for a sleeve. We can also embroider large back designs please email us for a quote before ordering online.
Our digitisers are highly experienced & will create your logo to a very high standard
All of our printing is fully in-house. We provide Vinyl printing, Transfer printing and sublimation printing.
Vinyl printing is used for Individual printed names or numbers or single colour designs
Transfer printing is used for full colour logo's
Sublimation printing is used on ceramic products and most of our gift range IE: Bibs pillowcases, cushions etc. This process uses specialist garments & ink to create a vibrant long lasting product, as the ink penetrates the fabric there is no feel to the print. Sublimation can only be used on white or light coloured products.
Yes, as with embroidery, one printed design is included in the price you can choose to add extra print online & the price will be added to your order.
Is there a set-up charge or minimum order? There is no minimum order for printed garments and currently no setup charge applied. However if your artwork is poor quality then a set up fee will apply. If you are unsure about the quality of your artwork you can email us before placing an order
Yes our garments are all good quality. We are an independent company, and can therefore choose our favourite brands for quality and value. Our range consists of Uneek, Russell, Slazenger, Gildan, Regatta, Kustom Kit, Dickies, Henbury, Result and much more. To produce successful embroidery and print, we need good quality garments. We never compromise on garment quality. If you require a specific brand or product and you do not see it on our website please contact us as we can source most items.
Yes it is possible to order 1 garment with a print on. This can either be ordered in the online basket or through contacting us for details.
Yes, you can. You can mix polo’s, t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts and any other garments in our range. You can also have as many different colours and sizes as you wish at no extra cost.
Low Resolution art: Is usually fine for embroidery designs (72 dpi) unless the design is very detailed or elaborate. A business card will do for some logos but detailed logos will need to be better resolution.
High Resolution art: High Resolution art may be required for printing with a minimum of 300 dpi to avoid possible clean up charges Generally, the higher the resolution or dpi of the artwork or photo the easier it is to work from, especially artwork with fine details
Vector graphics are composed in programs like Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Macromedia Freehand or Inkscape.
We prefer vector .EPS .AI or .CDR formats but can use high resolution jpegs or other formats (300 dots per square inch
All fonts must be converted to outlines or curves. Alternatively please send a copy of the font used.
Please submit files with images actual size required.
If you are having text only & are using our fonts we do NOT need artwork just type your requirements into the text box on the order page.
Yes in our online pricing we give a price for one "average" size breast pocket logo up to 10,000 stitches. Many of our competitors only class an 'average' logo as up to 5000 stitches. For very complex designs in excess of this, there may be a small surcharge per garment.
Yes, we can send a free proof, via e-mail in a "true view" format, so it appears as it would do when embroidered. Once this is approved we can than stitch out a sample
If you would like a sample of the stitched out design please email us & we can arrange for a sample to be posted to you. Please note we do not send out stitched samples of text only designs
Yes If embroidered individual names, nicknames or initials are required, at approximately 8mm to 10mm in height, in addition to your logo design, you can either order garments individually & add the name in the text box alternatively you can order all your garments & email us a list of the names required if ordering different size garments please let us know what name is required on what size garment.
If you would like the name on the opposite side of the garment we charge an additional £1.50 for this service
Payment is required with the order please - by cheque, debit or credit cards, or BACS transfer. Please note that credit card payments are subject to a 2.5% admin charge.
You can choose to pay online or if you wish to call us with your debit/credit card details we are happy to take payment over the phone.
If paying by Bacs please email us a copy of the transaction to avoid any delays to your order.
If paying by cheque your order will not be processed until payment has cleared.
All deliveries are based on weight of parcel(s) and this is calculated at the online checkout, or quoted on order confirmation invoices.
We use Royal Mail for smaller deliveries and couriers for large deliveries, you can choose how you would like your order delivered at the online checkout.
